Standard Operating Procedures

In compliance with the New York State SOP Law, ALLUVION INC. is providing the following guidance to prospective buyers:

  1. Prospective clients will not be required* to show identification.
  2. An exclusive buyer representation agreement is not required* for buyers to retain an ALLUVION INC. agent for their representation.
  3. A mortgage pre-approval will be required from all buyers prior to submitting an offer to purchase real property.*

*Although ALLUVION INC. agents may not require such information, a seller of real estate may require this information prior to showing the property and/or as part of any purchase offer.
